We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
When it comes to caring for your clothing, it's important to follow the recommended care instructions to ensure their longevity and maintain their quality. Here are some care options to keep your items looking their best:
Washing
Use a gentle machine wash and cold water to prevent shrinking or fading. Avoid using harsh detergents, fabric softeners, bleach, or dry cleaning as they can damage the fabric.
Drying
Air drying is the preferred method for clothing. Hang them up or lay them flat to dry naturally. Avoid using a dryer, as the heat can cause shrinkage and damage the fabric. If necessary, you can use a low heat setting on your dryer, but it's always best to err on the side of caution and air dry whenever possible.
Ironing
To remove wrinkles, use a low heat/cool setting on your iron. It's a good idea to place a thin cloth or press cloth between the iron and the garment to protect the fabric. Avoid ironing the print.

Yes! If a product doesnt specify men's or women's, it is designed to be unisex and can be worn by anyone.
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
● Australia: 2–14 business days
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at via our Contact Us page with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line via our Contact Us page.
This is due to our manufacturers printing process - it is temporary and will go away on the first wash. Due to how the ink is applied to the garment it can leave a slighty vinegar type smell or an off-white residue.
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@theplantsquad.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
We don't offer returns or exchanges as we print these items on demand just for you, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us via our Contact Us page.
We do offer refunds where the incorrect item was sent out or is misprinted/damaged. If any of these apply, please contact us within 30 days of the item being delivered with your order number and photos of the wrong/damaged items.
